In Talador, you should have picked the Arsenal. The horde ones were working perfectly before 9.1.

Yeah apparently something broke in Patch 9.1 related to the outposts in Draenor which throws a LUA error when AAP attempts to autopick the choice for you at any of the outposts (Gorgrond, Talador, and Spires).
